PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film stably carrying metal particles which are apt to flocculate.SOLUTION: A film 10 includes: an uneven structure layer 20 having an uneven surface 21 formed by fine protrusions 22 arranged with an average spacing of 380 nm or less; and metal particles 30 placed on the uneven surface 21 of the uneven structure layer 20. The average spacing of the fine protrusions 22 is made to be larger than an average particle diameter of the metal particles 30.
