PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor device and a method of manufacturing the same, capable of simplifying discharge control of an organic semiconductor material when forming an organic semiconductor layer by an ink jet method.SOLUTION: In an organic semiconductor device, a bank 20 provided on a substrate 30 has a plurality of openings 21a-21f configured in a plurality of rows and arranged so that the number of openings in each row is the same as that of others. An organic semiconductor layer 34 is provided respective insides of the plurality of openings 21a-21f. The organic semiconductor layer 34 configures a plurality of organic semiconductor elements OLED, and at least one dummy element D1 not functioning as an organic semiconductor element. |
