PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a versatile piezoelectric sensor capable of freely selecting a position of the terminal ground part of a signal electrode for extracting potential generated by a piezo-electric sheet and easily expanding various applications.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric sensor A comprises: a piezo-electric sheet 1; a signal electrode 31a integrally laminated on one surface of the piezo-electric sheet 1; a first ground electrode 21a integrally laminated on one surface of the signal electrode 31a; and a second ground electrode 41a integrally laminated on the other surface of the piezo-electric sheet 1. The signal electrode 31a comprises: a signal electrode body 311a intervened between the first and second ground electrodes 21a and 41a; and a plurality of terminal ground parts 312a positioned outside outer peripheral edges of the first and second ground electrodes 21a and 41a and connected with the outer peripheral edge of the signal electrode body 311a through connection parts 313a. |
