PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of photoelectric conversion by increasing an open output voltage of a photoelectric conversion device.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device 100 includes: a photoelectric conversion part 10 including a first layer 11 and a second layer 12 Schottky-junctioned to each other; a first electrode 20 and a second electrode 30 for extracting photocarriers moving along a Schottky interface S; and a metal nanostructure 40 for causing light in a prescribed wavelength band to be effectively absorbed through surface plasmon resonance. The second electrode 30 is formed so as not to electrically contact the first layer 11. The metal nanostructure 40 includes projections 41 of a submicron or nano order formed on a surface of the first layer 11 periodically or randomly. |
