PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a characteristic impedance to a desired value.SOLUTION: A microstrip line includes: a signal line L3 formed on the surface of a dielectric body 10; a rear surface ground L1 formed on the rear surface of the dielectric body 10; and an inner layer ground L2 formed in the dielectric body 10 between the signal line L3 and the rear surface ground L1. In the inner ground L2, a gap 11 is provided along the signal line L3. A horizontal position of the center line aof the signal line L3 along the signal propagation direction and a horizontal position of the central line of the gap 11 are coincided with each other. |
