The gas distribution system can include a header having a flow passage and a nozzle body coupled to the header. The nozzle body can have an inlet end in fluid communication with the flow passage and an outlet end positioned outside of the header. The nozzle body can have a longitudinal axis that is substantially perpendicular to a direction of flow through the flow passage. The nozzle body can have an orifice positioned between the inlet end and the outlet end. |
