The purpose of the present invention is to provide a developing cartridge whereby it is possible to miniaturize an image-forming device. A developing cartridge (7) provided with: a developing roller (11); a supply roller (12) configured so as to supply toner to the developing roller (11); and a developing coupling (44) for transmitting external drive power to the developing roller (11). The developing coupling (44) is configured so as to rotate about a rotation center axis (A2) of the supply roller (12), and moves between an inner position and an outer position located further outside than the inner position in the left/right direction.
