An organic light emitting display device is provided to improve light efficiency without reducing an opening part by forming a scattering film through the patterning of the light scattering material. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate, an organic electroluminescent layer, a first electrode, a second electrode, and a scattering film(400). A plurality of pixel areas are defined on the substrate. The organic electroluminescent layer is formed to correspond to the plurality of pixel areas on the substrate. The first and second electrodes are positioned in the upper part and the lower part of the organic electroluminescent layer. The scattering film is formed to correspond to a light emission side. The scattering film is comprised of a base film and a scattering pattern material layer(410). The scattering pattern material layer is formed on the base film. The scattering pattern material layer has an elliptical section. The scattering pattern material layer is made of photo curable material including a scattering particle. |
