PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supercharger control device of an internal combustion engine capable of preventing backward movement of a vehicle when the vehicle stops on an uphill road and the vehicle is started from the operating state of a slope start auxiliary function.SOLUTION: A supercharger control device 6 of an internal combustion engine 1 mounted on a vehicle having a slope start auxiliary function includes: gradient detection means 7 for detecting the gradient of a road surface where the vehicle stops; a foot brake sensor 26 for detecting the operating state of a foot brake; and a waist gate control means for driving an electric motor 36 to reduce an opening of a waist gate valve 35 when releasing of the foot brake is detected by the foot brake sensor 26 in the operating state of the slope start auxiliary function.
