PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic processing system and an ultrasonic processing method each preventing breakage of a cutter blade or quality deterioration of a material to be processed, by properly managing the amplitude quantity of the cutter blade.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic processing system processes a material to be processed using an ultrasonic cutter, and includes: a measurement unit which measures the blade tip image of a cutter blade of the ultrasonic cutter; a control unit which calculates the amplitude quantity of the blade tip of the cutter blade on the basis of the blade tip image measured by the measurement unit and determines a voltage adjustment quantity so as to make the amplitude quantity of the blade tip fall within a prescribed range when the calculated amplitude quantity of the blade tip does not fall within the prescribed range; and an ultrasonic oscillation unit which adds drive voltage adjusted by the voltage adjustment quantity determined by the control unit into piezoelectric elements of the ultrasonic cutter. |
