The punching unit 16 is arranged on the discharging part 31 in a separable manner, when the punching unit 16 is separated from the discharging part 31, the discharging part 31 is exposed. For example, on a base unit 11, a winding claw 41 for winding the clip 3 discharged from the discharging part 31 onto the hole 2 on the sheet bundle 1. The winding claw 41 is exposed when the base unit 11 or the punching unit 16 is separated from the discharging part 31.</p> |
