A training machine for strength training and rehabilitation comprising pull or press means (10, 11) which are arranged to lift or lower a weight body (30) via connection means and driving means (27) provided to be moved in a continuous cycle by means of a first, by the user intended exerted force towards said pull or press means, to lift said predetermined weight body and by means of a second, by the user intended exerted force towards said pull or press means, to lower said predetermined weight body, wherein said first force is smaller than said second force. The training machine includes a tiltable arm (25) which via links (9, 13, 14, 20), wheels (19, 21, 24) and belts (16, 23) is connected to the handles (10, 11) and in that said weight body (30) provided at or in the arm (25) is arranged to be moved along the arm to predetermined positions depending on the load which shall be exerted on the handles. |

A training machine for strength training and rehabilitation comprising pull or press means which are arranged to be moved to-and-fro and cause a weight body to be lowered and lifted, respectively, and a reversible motor or driving means which in a continuous cycle by means of a first, by the user intended exerted force towards said pull or press means, to lift a predetermined first load and by means of a second, by the user intended exerted force towards said pull or press means, to lower a predetermined second load, wherein said first load is smaller than said second load, wherein the training machine comprises a turnable arm which via links, wheels and belts is connected to the handles and in that said weight body which is provided at or in the arm is arranged to move automatically by means of said reversible motor or driving means along the arm and to shift the position of said weight body to predetermined positions along the arm depending on the positive or the negative movement. |
