The present invention relates to a composite resin coated steel sheet having a resin coated layer, obtained by impregnating a conductive additive into a polymer matrix, on a zinc-coated steel sheet and, more particularly, to a composite resin coated steel sheet having a resin coated layer, obtained by impregnating a conductive additive into a polymer matrix, on a zinc-coated steel sheet, thus achieving excellent surface electrical conductivity, high welding performance, and excellent fuel resistance based on high corrosion resistance even when a variety of kinds of fuels are used. |
