PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain a sealing function by removing only abnormal cells from an electronic apparatus consisting of a plurality of battery cells and by forming a bypass path.SOLUTION: A short circuit element comprises: a first and a second electrodes 4, 5 provided adjacent to each other; a third electrode 6 provided adjacent to the first electrode 4 and connected to a first heating resistor 21; a forth electrode 7 provided adjacent to the second electrode 5 and connected to a second heating resistor 22; a first soluble conductor 8 forming a current path by being provided between the first electrode 4 and the third electrode 6, and melting the current path between the first electrode 4 and the third electrode 6 by heating of the first heating resistor 21; and a second soluble conductor 9 provided between the second electrode 5 and the forth electrode 7, and melting the current path between the second electrode 5 and the forth electrode 7 by heating of the second heating resistor 22. The first electrode 4 and the second electrode 5 are short-circuited by the first soluble conductor 8 that aggregates on the first electrode 4 and the second electrode 5 due to the heating of the first heating resistor 21 and the second heating resistor 22. |
