PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure moisture of many kinds of grains.SOLUTION: A moisture measuring device 10 which holds grains between outer peripheral surfaces of a pair of rollers rotating to crush the grains and measures moisture of the crushed grains, comprises a plurality of pairs of rollers 58 and 59 and a switch member 19 for switching a supply destination of grains between the plurality of pairs of rollers 58 and 59. On an outer peripheral surface of at least one roller 54 and 55 of each pair of the rollers 58 and 59, a plurality of grooves 56 and 57 are arranged in a circumferential direction. The shape of the grooves 56 and 57 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the one roller 54 and 55 are mutually different among the plurality of pairs of rollers 58 and 59.
