PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device of a liquid droplet discharge device in which deterioration of the productivity and cleaning ability is suppressed to low levels even if nozzle arrays are increased.SOLUTION: A cleaning device 10 of a liquid droplet discharge device includes: a liquid droplet discharge head 1 in which multiple nozzles 2 for discharging droplets are arranged; a cleaning plate 11 which forms a gap G with a discharge surface of the liquid droplet discharge head 1 (a nozzle plate 3); pressurizing means 18 which pumps a fluid from jet holes 13, 14 provided at positions facing each other into the gap G; and negative pressure means 17 which suctions the fluid in the gap G from a suction hole 12 provided at the cleaning plate 11. |
