<p>Disclosed are a method and a device for activating a bearer of a small cell, which control a small cell to establish, based on a characteristic of non-independent working mode of the small cell, a radio bearer between the small cell and a terminal by using a mode that a macro cell sends a bearer activation request to the small cell, so as to activate the bearer of the small cell working in a non-independent working mode. Also disclosed are a method and a device for activating a bearer of a small cell. When a terminal intends to switch from an original macro cell to a target macro cell, the target macro cell determines a small cell bearing service data of the terminal, and sends a bearer activation request to a to-be-activated target small cell on the basis of determining whether the determined small cell is the original small cell currently bearing the service data of the terminal, so as so as to activate the bearer of the target small cell. For a small cell working in a non-independent working mode, a solution is provided where a bearer of a small cell is activated in a case in which a terminal switches to the small cell under a target macro cell when the terminal switches between different macro cells.</p> |
