A non-aqueous electrolyte is provided to optimize stability and lithium ion conductivity by comprising a compound containing a vinyl group within a molecule. A non-aqueous electrolyte containing an electrolyte salt and electrolytic solvent comprises (i) a cyclic carbonate compound substituted with as one or more halogen elements and (ii) a compound containing a vinyl group of the chemical formula 1 within a molecule. In the chemical formula 1, n is 0 - 6; and R1, R2 and R3 are independently a hydrogen, halogen, C1~C6 alkyl substituted or non-substituted with a halogen atom or cyano, C3~C12 cycloalkyl, C6~C12 alkenyl and C2~C6 aryl. |
