A method for capturing and concentrating target bacteria in a sample is disclosed. The method comprises an immunocapturing of the target bacteria with at least one specific antibody of said target bacteria, the antibody being fixed on a solid plastic support. Then, the target captured bacteria is cultured on the solid plastic support.
