PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial gap type motor which can improve output torque by the increment of winding, while suppressing the size increse in the radia;radial direction of a rotor magnet and the full height of a core. SOLUTION: This axial gap type motor includes a rotor 20 which has a magnet 16 and a stator 40, which is counterposed and separated in the axial direction of the rotor with respect to the magnet 16. The stator 40 has a plurality of cores 30, which have tooth parts 34 and winding 38 which is wound severally in the teeth part 34 of each core 30. The teeth part 34 leans so that the end 32 on the magnet side is positioned in the inside, in the dradial direction of the rotor 20 with respect to the other end 36. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
