PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the secrecy of a radio communication network between a client device and a radio network relay device while using an existing radio communication interface included in the client device.SOLUTION: In a radio relay device for relaying a frame between a client device capable of radio communication based on a first encryption system and a radio network relay device capable of radio communication based on a second encryption system with higher secrecy than the first encryption system in addition to the first encryption system, if the client device is connected with a first radio communication interface, a limiting unit limits the coverage of a transmission radio wave, and an encryption processing unit encrypts or decrypts a frame transmitted or received via the first radio interface on the basis of the first encryption system, and encrypts or decrypts a frame transmitted or received via a second radio interface on the basis of the second encryption system. |
