The present invention relates to a pressure type loaf pan assembly, comprising: an upper frame including an upper cavity with a downward opening, wherein the upper cavity is upwardly dented from a plate surface to form a partial bread-making space; and a lower frame including a lower cavity with an upward opening, wherein the lower cavity forms a partial bread-making space together with the upper cavity. The technical feature of the present invention is that an elastic sealing member is fixed to a plate surface of the periphery of at least one of the upper cavity and the lower cavity in order to maintain the airtight seal of the bread-making space. According to the pressure type bread frame of the present invention, the elastic sealing member of an elastic silicon rubber material is attached and fixed to the plate surface of the periphery of at least one of the upper cavity and the lower cavity in order to maintain the airtight seal of the loaf pan, thereby maintaining high temperature and high pressure inside the loaf pan and producing breads having excellent texture. |
