PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a customer to easily input personal information or the like.SOLUTION: A terminal device includes: a storage part which stores personal information which can be used when executing an application program stored in an own terminal device; an extraction part which extracts the personal information corresponding to a description item contained in application form data transmitted from a shop terminal from a storage part, and obtains descriptive data in association with each description item; and a communication part which receives the application form data from the shop terminal, and transmits the obtained descriptive data to the shop terminal. |
