Disclosed are a packet processing method and a system thereof capable of analyzing and processing the information of desirable internal header among headers applied to a payload. The present invention includes a packet processing unit. The packet processing method, in a packet processing system for transmitting packet processed by an external receiver, comprises the following steps: reading second header information at the first part of first header information of a packet header; rearranging the second header information of packet to an output packet in which the first header information is moved ahead after separating the second header; and processing the rearranged output packet in a packet processing unit. The packet processing system comprises a packet receiving unit for receiving packet from an external transceiver; a packet rearranging unit for rearranging the second header information of packet into the output packet in which the first header information is moved ahead; a packet processing unit for processing the rearranged output packet; and a packet transceiver for transceiving the packet output through an external receiver. |
