Disclosed are a street light control device and a system thereof. In particular, the street light control device is turned on when voltages are higher than reference voltages. The street light control device includes: a channel part including a first channel and a second channel; a first channel selection part which selects the first channel when input voltages provided to the channel part are equal to or higher than the reference voltages, and selects the second channel when the input voltages are less than the reference voltages; and a first communication part which communicates with the outside through a selected channel.
