According to the present invention, a piezo actuator includes: a plurality of piezos which contract and expand by applied voltages; a vibration plate to which piezos are attached and which generates vibrations by bending movements resulting from the contraction and expansion of the piezos; a power supplying terminal which supplies electric power to the piezos; and a weight which is connected to the vibration plate, and is joined with the piezos to enable the piezos to integrally move therewith. |
