The present invention relates to a device for overlaying a direct current voltage or current to efficiently control electric energy. The device according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: an overlaying circuit (10) including a first power unit (110), a second power unit (120), internal switches (115, 125) and external switches (130, 140) to connect the first power unit (110) and the second power unit (120) each other in series or parallel, external diodes (119, 129, 139, 149) to maintain a conducting direction of a current in a predetermined direction, and a load which is electrically connected to the first power unit (110) and the second power unit (120); and a control unit (20) to control the internal switches (115, 125) and the external switches (130, 140) to be respectively opened/closed so that the first power unit (110) and the second power unit (120) can be connected to each other in series or parallel. |
