The present invention relates to a hydraulic braker with idle blow preventing function, which prevents idle blow by a simple structure without an expensive sensor which is weak to a shock. Even though a lower ring of a piston moves downwards lower than a lower chamber, the hydraulic pressure supplied to the lower chamber is supplied to a second middle chamber though an idle blow preventing line. Therefore, the piston is no longer moved downwards and stopped to prevent idle blow.
