The present invention relates to a luggage board and a method for blow molding using a reinforcing material, and more specifically, to a luggage board which prevents twist and has improved appearance and a method for blow molding by inserting a reinforcing material into the luggage board. For this, the luggage board of the present invention includes an upper plate, a lower plate spaced from the upper plate with an interval, non-woven fabric attached to one side of the upper plate, an inner rib which is formed between the upper plate and the lower plate and protrudes from the lower plate toward the upper plate, a bar-shaped reinforcing material which is formed between the upper plate and the lower plate and is covered with a parison which forms the lower plate. The cross section of the lower plate includes a mount unit attached to one of either the upper plate or the lower plate and a support unit which is extended from the mount unit in the vertical direction. |
