The present invention relates to a catalyst for reforming natural gas, a manufacturing method thereof and a reforming method for natural gas using the catalyst and, more specifically, to a catalyst for reforming natural gas having a spinel structure of magnesium aluminate by modifying the surface of an alumina catalyst supporter with a magnesium compound, makes the supporter be supported with nickel (Ni) as a catalyst-active component and precious metal (PM) and calcium (Ca) as catalyst enhancers, partially has a spinel structure by making the part of the nickel and calcium react with the supporter at high temperatures, exhibits excellent durability and high catalyst activity on coke production and has excellent reactivity and stability; a manufacturing method thereof; and a reforming method for natural gas using the catalyst.
