The present invention relates to a display device integrated with a touchscreen panel using, as an electrode for the touchscreen panel, an electrode provided in a pixel to display an image. The display device integrated with a touchscreen panel includes: a pixel portion in which scan lines and data lines crossing each other, and each of a plurality of pixels positioned in the intersections of the scan lines and the data lines and including first and second pixel electrodes are arranged; first touch electrodes which are formed along a first direction on the pixel portion; and second touch electrodes which are formed along a second direction on the pixel portion and which are disposed to be opposite so as to be spaced apart from the first touch electrodes, wherein the first touch electrodes are formed by the second pixel electrode patterned in the first direction, and while a touch driving signal is supplied to at least one of the first touch electrodes, a second pixel power is supplied to the rest of the first touch electrodes.
