<p>Producing a sensor (1) having at least one structure (2), which generates and reflects the surface acoustic wave, comprises providing a piezoelectric substrate (3), attaching the structure on the substrate, and connecting the substrate to an element (4). A flux-free automatic connecting metal connecting means (5) with a layer thickness of at least 10 mm are provided between the substrate and the element during heating of the substrate and the element. An independent claim is also included for the sensor comprising at least one structure, the piezoelectric substrate and at least one element, where (a) at least one structure is mounted on the substrate, (b) the substrate is fixed at the element, and (c) the connecting means combines automatically without flux after heating of the substrate and the element.</p> |
