The present invention relates to a recycling drum cleaning system and a cleaning method. The recycling drum cleaning system comprises: a water supply tank storing water to clean a wasted drum; two or more cleaning parts; a steaming part. Moreover, the cleaning method for cleaning a recycling drum comprises the steps of: mounting a collected waste drum to a first mounting jig in the cleaning part, spraying washing water into the waste drum by driving the cleaning part, and then waiting until the sprayed washing water is discharged to outside after cleaning the inside of the waste drum; optimizing cleaning conditions in sterilization and cleaning process; and mounting the waste drum already performed the first cleaning and steaming to the cleaning part, and mounting the waste drum for performing first cleaning and steaming to the first cleaning part. |
