The present invention relates to a wind power generator having a function of adjusting an inflow amount of wind which maximizes the generation efficiency by collecting and transferring the surrounding wind to blades, and prevents the apparatus from being broken or deformed by allowing a part of the wind to pass through to reduce the resistance when a strong wind blows. The wind power generator includes a generator chamber provided with a generator; a rotation shaft connected to the generator and installed vertically on an upper portion of the generator chamber; blades arranged around the rotation shaft in a circular shape and having a curved surface in a lateral direction; and vertical guide plates arranged on the upper portion of the generator chamber in a circular shape to enclose the blades and having an inclined surface in the lateral direction. The guide plate is formed with a vent for selectively allowing the wind to pass through, and has a door for closing the vent. One end of the door is hinged to the guide plate, and the door is closed by a restoring member. The surrounding wind is collected by the guide plates installed around the blades and is transferred to the blades, thereby improving the generation efficiency. When the strong wind blows, a part of the wind passes the vent, thus the resistance is reduced to prevent the damage and deformation of the apparatus. |
