The present invention provides a bilayer tablet which includes a first layer containing repaglinide and pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a second layer containing metformin and pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. According to the present invention, the first layer or the second layer includes concentrated glycerin as an agent for preventing separation between layers. Therefore, the separation between layers, caused by external factors during a manufacturing, a storing, and a distributing process, does not occur. |
