The present invention relates to a medical treatment pattern analysis system and, especially, to a medical treatment pattern analysis system for analyzing a time series prescription pattern of outpatient-hospitalization in a hospital information system. The medical treatment pattern analysis system of the present invention includes: an extraction part (100) for extracting an original material from a hospital information database; a configuration part (200) which configures a dimension for the analysis of time series information of the original material, and configures facts of prescription statement information and summary information of aggregated materials in order to inquire the material by the dimension defining time; and an analysis part (300) for analyzing pattern flow of the prescription in time series by arranging the time series information, prescription statement information per treatment item, and the summary information of the aggregate materials configured through the configuration part. |
