The present invention relates to a magnetically renewable carbon nanocomposite catalyst and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a carbon nanocomposite catalyst including porous carbon nanoparticle containing at least one magnetic material nanoparticle and at least one noble metal nanoparticle, and to a manufacturing method thereof.
