Embodiments of the present invention provide a deck extension structure for a ship, capable of being used as an installation space for various facilities required for ship operation by extending the upper deck of a ship. The deck extension structure for a ship according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an extended deck which is extended from the upper deck of the ship to the outside and an enclosed support unit which supports the extended deck.
