A method for manufacturing a hull block according to the present invention as a longe-preloaded style, includes: a step for loading a plurality of longes along the length direction of a unit block in parallel; a step for transferring the unit block in which the longes are loaded to arrange unit block on a main plate to make the longes be put on one side of the main plate; and a step for welding and fixating the longes on the main plate. Thereby, installation, use and removal processes of a guide member can be skipped in overall, thus saving material costs and simplifying the process to enhance productivity. Moreover, without the use of the guide member, each longe can be granted with a predetermined binding force to maintain the precision of a welding zone. |
