The present invention relates to a fabrication method of a light absorbing layer and a solar cell. The fabrication method of the light absorbing layer and the fabrication method of the solar cell are configured to fabricate the light absorbing layer of the solar cell to allow the light absorbing layer have a composition ratio of a target by irradiating a laser or an electron beam to the target having the desired composition ratio and then depositing a formed plasma on a substrate; to be able to adjust the composition in accordance to the height of the light absorbing layer; and to deposit the light absorbing layer at a low temperature when compared to a conventional technique.
