Provided is a voltage regulator which improves overshoot or undershoot in a wide temperature range and reduces the detection delay of the overshoot or the undershoot, when the overshoot or the undershoot is generated in an output voltage. In a voltage regulator having an error amp and an output transistor, a first transistor where a reference voltage is inputted to a gate and an output voltage is inputted to a source is comprised. The first transistor allows a current to flow when the output voltage is an irregular voltage and controls the current of the output transistor based on the current flowing through the first transistor. |
