An organic light emitting device comprising: a substrate; at least one first electrode; a second electrode; an organic layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, the organic layer comprising: a first emission layer patterned to correspond only to a first subpixel and for emitting light selected from the group consisting of green light, red light and blue light; a second emission layer patterned to correspond only to a second subpixel and for emitting light selected from the group consisting of green light, red light and blue light, wherein the second emission layer is for emitting light different from the light emitted by the first emission layer, and each of the first emission layer and the second emission layer consists of a single host material and a single light emitting dopant; and a single electron transport-emission layer for transporting electrons and emitting light selected from the group consisting of red light and green light, wherein the electron transport-emission layer emits light different than the light emitted by both the first and second emission layers, wherein the electron transport-emission layer covers the first and second emission layers.
