The present invention relates to a bis-ethoxy-connected dinuclear iron Fe (III) complex compound wherein the compound shows a catalytic effect for oxidation of alcohol, and presents strong anti-ferromagnetic interaction between Fe (III) ions through oxygen atoms. The bis-ethoxy-connected dinuclear iron Fe (III) complex compound has a structural formula of the following chemical formula 1. [Chemical formula 1] [(Hpmide)Fe(NO_3)]_2(NO_3)_2·2CH_3OH. H_2pmide is N-(2-pyridylmethyl)iminodiethanol.
