The present invention relates to a skewer roaster used for cooking various kinds of skewers and, more specifically, to a rotary type skewer roaster having divided roasting chambers, wherein flame is applied to the side surface of a roasted object and heat is applied to the side surface and upper part of the roasted object during the cooking of the roasted object, and thus the roasted object can absorb the heat uniformly, thereby shortening the roasting time, and the heat can be stably applied up to the inside of the roasted object, thereby preventing the surface of the roasted object from being burned; and the outer surface of the roasted object, to which the heat is applied, is closed and thus the flame and high-temperature heat generated from a flame part are not easily released to the outside, thereby improving heat efficiency, leading to the reduction in fuel consumption. |
