An outdoor unit of an air-conditioner and a grill thereof are provided to minimize the flow resistance of air expelled through the vent by forming the connection frame connecting the main frame in the shape corresponding to the air flow direction. An outdoor unit of an air-conditioner comprises a plurality of main frames(12) arranged at certain intervals, and a connection frame(13,14) which connects a part or all of the main frames. The connection frame connects an intermediate panel(11), an inner frame(12a), an intermediate frame(12b), and an outer frame(12c). The connection frame is composed of straight lines, where each straight line forms a certain angle to the adjacent line. |
