Provided is a single tube-multiplex PCR primer set for diagnosing Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) comprising a PCR primer set of sequence number 1 to 2 and a PCR primer set of sequence number 3 to 4 to enable accurate diagnosis of TYLCV using tomato juice without separating nucleic acid of tomato by developing one primer set specifically detecting TYLCV infecting tomatoes and one tomatoβ-tubulin gene primer set for determining whether or not PCR works normally.
