The present invention relates to a motor which, more specifically, has enhanced performance and increased efficiency. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the motor includes: a stator around which a coil is wound; and a rotor which includes a permanent magnet and rotates with respect to the stator by electromagnetic interaction between the coil and the permanent magnet. The permanent magnet is magnetized or demagnetized so as to have magnetic forces different from each other in at least two different operation modes in which rotation speeds of the rotor are different.
