The present invention relates to a service valve (V) for connecting a refrigerant pipe of an air conditioning system which includes an outdoor unit connection port (10) to which a valve tube (T) connected to an outdoor unit is welded; an indoor unit connection port (20) to which a refrigerant pipe (P) connected to an indoor unit is separably coupled; a spindle port (30) into which a spindle opening and closing the outdoor unit connection port (10) is inserted; and an air vent port (40) adapted to inject refrigerant or to discharge air from the refrigerant pipe (P), wherein a snap ring (21) and O-rings (22,23) are inserted into the indoor unit connection port (20), and female screw portions (25) are formed on the outer peripheries of the O-rings (22,23) to allow a tightening bolt (26) to be screw-coupled to the female screw portions (25), so that the O-rings (22,23) are contracted to allow the refrigerant pipe (P) to be coupled to the indoor unit connection port (20) in an air tightened state. A cap (27) is covered on the outside of the indoor unit connection port (20) to prevent the tightening bolt (26) from being arbitrarily manipulated, thus conducting the connection and separation of the refrigerant pipe (P) in rapid and easy manners, effectively preventing the leakage of the refrigerant, and reducing the amount of a material consumed for making the service valve. |
