BIOSENSOR FOR DETECTING CANCER CELL TREATED ANTI-CANCER DRUG AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a biosensor for detecting a cancer cell treated with an anti-cancer agent. The biosensor includes: an electrode on which an Au nanoparticle layer is electro-deposited; an electrically conductive polymer layer formed on the top of the Au nanoparticle layer; and an aptamer layer fixated on the top of the electrically conductive polymer layer. According to the present invention, the biosensor has an excellent function of specifically detecting cancer cells treated with the anti-cancer agent. As the number of cancer cells increases, fluorescent intensity and a value of impedance change of the biosensor also increase. Therefore, the biosensor can be used for quantitatively and qualitatively detecting cancer cells.
