The present invention relates to a DC circuit breaker for breaking DC flowing in a waveguide to which a high frequency is transmitted. Suggested is the DC circuit breaker which includes an insulation member which is made of insulation materials to block the DC and has a cross section which is larger than the cross section of the waveguide, and first and second extending parts which are formed on both sides of the insulation member and are connected to the waveguide. Wherein, the cross section which is connected to the insulation member is larger than the cross section which is connected to the waveguide to reduce the transmission density of the high frequency by increasing the cross section of a transmission path in which the high frequency is transmitted.
